Infomina Unveils Malaysia’s First Digital Property Valuation Platform Through Strategic Partnership: Infomina Bhd has launched ValuationXchange, the country’s first industry-recognised digital property valuation platform. This innovative solution is the result of a strategic partnership with Geolytik Tech Sdn Bhd, forming a new joint venture entity called Infomina Geolytik Sdn Bhd.

The platform aims to revolutionize the property valuation and financing process by increasing transparency, operational efficiency, and trust across stakeholders. Officially endorsed by PEPS Ventures Bhd, the commercial arm of the Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents, and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia (PEPS Malaysia), the platform complies fully with Malaysian Valuation Standards (MVS).

“ValuationXchange integrates valuers, real estate agents, and banks into a seamless digital ecosystem, enabling faster, more accurate, and compliant outcomes,” said Yee Chee Meng, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Infomina Bhd.

Importantly, the platform helps real estate agencies pre-validate buyer credentials before submission to banks, reducing loan rejection rates and significantly shortening approval timelines. For homebuyers, this translates into greater certainty. Meanwhile, financial institutions can enjoy improved efficiency and fewer unqualified applications.

Built on Infomina’s banking-grade infrastructure, ValuationXchange provides a secure, digital environment that aligns with Bank Negara Malaysia’s Risk Management in Technology (RMiT) framework. Its core features include:

  • Full compliance with Malaysian Valuation Standards (MVS)
  • Real-time collaboration between valuers and lenders
  • Transparent audit trails for regulatory clarity and trust

Adding to the excitement, Joe Thor, Executive Director of Geolytik Tech, highlighted how the collaboration combines data intelligence with secure digital infrastructure to tackle long-standing inefficiencies.

“By combining Geolytik’s property data insights with Infomina’s platform, our collaboration sharpens decision-making and elevates trust in the property ecosystem,” Thor said.

Currently, Infomina Geolytik is onboarding valuation firms, estate agencies, and financial institutions nationwide, signaling a significant shift towards digitally driven property transactions in Malaysia.
